Tom Brady is going to need a new in-season home next season.
According to TMZ, the owner of the property who was renting to Brady -- Derek Jeter -- has sold the Tampa-area waterfront mansion for around $22.5 million. And, no, Brady was not the buyer.
Brady and his wife, Gisele, are in the process of building a new home in the exclusive Miami-area Indiana Creek Island community.
Jeter originally bought the 22,000 square-foot property in 2005. It has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms and eight half-baths, along with a six-car garage and two boat lifts. There are also, of course, a wine cellar, movie theatre, gym and saltwater lap pool.
