Tom Brady had a lot of incentives in his contract this season, his first with the Buccaneers, and by winning the Super Bowl he earned a lot of them.
So, how much did Brady make this season?
Winning Super Bowl LI gave him an extra $500,000, so he finished with $28.625 million, per Pro Football Talk.
Brady's salary for 2020 was $15 million and then he got a $10 million roster bonus back in March. All his playoff/Super Bowl incentives got him $2.25 million and then he earned $1.125 million by finishing in the top five in touchdown passes and passing yards.
As of now, the quarterback has the same contract for next season, but with him saying he wants to potentially play beyond 45 years old, it's possible he signs an extension and restructures his deal for 2021.
