Patriots receiver N'Keal Harry missed the first three games of the season being on injured reserve with a shoulder injury, but the third-year player was activated for Week 4 against Tampa Bay.
Harry ended up by playing 15-of-59 snaps and finished with one catch on one target for 10 yards. He also drew a pass interference call against Richard Sherman.
Speaking to reporters via video conference Monday, Harry was asked about potentially helping the team most in the red zone.
“Definitely, I would love to do that," he said. "I would love to make an impact anywhere. But, definitely in the red zone I feel like I could provide a good threat.”
It does seem like that is what Harry is best suited for given his size.
Even though Harry was on injured reserve, he was still around the team.
“I was always in meetings with them, so I just had to make sure I wasn’t getting behind on any of the plays or anything," he said. "Just the main focus was getting back. Getting my body right and being ready, and just making sure I was attentive in every meeting just to make sure I didn’t miss out on any important information that I might need in the future.”
We'll see if Harry's role grows any in the coming weeks.
