FOXBOROUGH -- Patriots starting right tackle Trent Brown missed his second straight practice Thursday after leaving Sunday's game in the first quarter with a calf injury.

Justin Herron took his place, but then late in the game he was replaced by Yasir Durant, who the Patriots acquired in a trade with Kansas City on roster cut-down day.

And based on the brief viewing window of practice Thursday, it seems like Durant will be the starter on Sunday against the Jets, if in fact Brown has to miss the game.

This means the Patriots will have a starting offensive line of: Isaiah Wynn-Michael Onwenu-David Andrews-Shaq Mason-Durant.

Onwenu could have been moved to tackle and Ted Karras take his place inside, but it seems like it's not a long-term thing for Brown and Onwenu hasn't taken many reps at right tackle this summer.

The Patriots will look to bounce-back from their Week 1 loss to Miami Sunday against the Jets.
