Camille Kostek reveals that Wiggy played matchmaker for her and Gronk

During Wednesday morning’s Greg Hill Show, we learned an interesting and previously unknown fact about WEEI’s own Jermaine Wiggins thanks to an Instagram post from Camille Kostek.

Kostek was celebrating the nine-year anniversary of the first time she met then-Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski, while she was a Patriots cheerleader at the time. The two have been dating ever since. And guess who found himself getting a shout-out in the special post? Wiggy!

“9 years ago today we were volunteering at the @patriots Thanksgiving in a Basket event with @goodwillboston where Rob slipped me his number through @jwiggs85,” Kostek wrote.

Well, how about that? Matchmaker Wiggy helping people find love. Wiggy reacted to the post after co-host Courtney Cox brought it to the show’s attention and shared more of the story.

“We were all there helping to give out turkeys, right on Harrison Ave over there at the Goodwill in Roxbury,” Wiggy said. “The Krafts do it every year. Go out there, help out. I said, ‘Listen man, let me help you out here.’ I gave her Gronk’s number.”

“And what did you say to her?,” Courtney asked.

“I said, ‘Listen, my man wants to holla at you. He’s a good dude. I think you guys would make a great couple,’” Wiggy explained. “She was like, ‘Who?’ I was like, ‘You see big boy over there? Gronk.’”
