On Friday, a Florida judge ruled a video that has Robert Kraft allegedly engaging in massage parlor sex will be returned to prosecutors for destruction.

This has been an on-going case for close to two years.

Prosecutors dropped misdemeanor solicitation charges last year against Kraft and close to 25 other men. The judge said the warrant allowing the installation of hidden cameras inside Orchids of Asia Day Spa didn’t "sufficiently protect the privacy of innocent customers who received legal massages."

According to police, they recorded Kraft paying for sex acts at the spa on back-to-back days in January of 2019. This was part of an investigation into possible prostitution at the Jupiter, Florida massage parlor.

The Patriots owner pleaded not guilty and his attorneys led the fight to get the evidence against him and the other men dismissed. The recordings were the only known evidence that Kraft and the other men paid for sex at the parlor.

The Patriots and the NFL declined comment to the AP for the story.
