Man arrested for breaking into Tom Brady's home has history with quarterback

A man was arrested Monday morning for breaking into Tom Brady's Brookline, Massachusetts home.

The security company monitoring the home alerted police when alarms went off and they were able to see a man walking around. When police arrived they found a man laying on the couch in the basement where he was arrested.

No one else was in the mansion at the time.

Later in the day, the man was identified as 34-year-old Zanini Cineus, who is listed as being homeless.

Cineius is the same man who stole a Brady game-worn jersey, as well as other memorabilia, from the Patriots team Hall of Fame last October. When he was arrested last year, he was found wearing the Brady jersey under his jacket.

He was arrested and charged with larceny and reportedly pleaded not guilty.

On Monday, Brookline police said Cineus had “several active warrants” for incidents that occurred in Foxboro last year.
