FOXBOROUGH -- The Patriots hit the practice field Wednesday for their first session getting ready for Sunday's game against the Seahawks.
The team had perfect attendance, including Bill Belichick, who had his video conference Wednesday morning moved to Thursday. His mother passed away from natural causes at the age 98.
There were a few new players, including offensive lineman James Ferentz and QB Jake Dolegala. Dolegala is on the practice squad, while Ferentz could be on either the practice squad or 53-man roster.
For what it's worth, Cam Newton was moving fine after grabbing his hamstring following the postgame dust-up with several Miami players.
