BOSTON (WEEI.com) -- New England Patriots star tight end Rob Gronkowski's condo in Boston's Seaport District is up for sale.

The spacious penthouse loft at 21 Wormwood St. is on the market for $2,375,000.

It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a custom-built kitchen, a private roof deck and is "a great place for grand scale entertaining."

But what does this mean? Could this be a sign Gronkowski will retire? Or is he just trying to sell while the market is hot and downsize to just his house in Foxboro?

“There is no decision yet, not that I know of," ESPN's Adam Schefter said about Gronkowski's status for 2019 on "Mut & Callahan" on Friday morning. "I think if you are a Patriots fan, or with the Patriots, I think you have to feel encouraged. We’re now a month out of the Super Bowl, we haven’t heard anything. It seems like business as usual. I think right now I would be [more] surprised if Gronk retired than if he came back. And at the end of the season there was a lot of talk of him retiring, right? So, there's nothing official, but I think every sign that we’ve seen, every sense that we’ve felt has been positive. I think it is trending the right way, but we obviously have to hear from the man himself on a decision.”

Gronkowski is entering the final year of his contract and is due a base salary of $9 million and has a cap hit of just under $12 million.
