The Patriots got some good news at practice on Monday — the return of wide receiver Gunner Olszewski, per reporters on the scene.
The second-year wide out has missed a few practices over the last week, but with him back at practice Monday it seems like he should be good to go Sunday against Miami.
Based on what we saw at training camp, he will be the No. 3 wide receiver behind Julian Edelman and N’Keal Harry.
Defensive tackle Beau Allen and running back Damien Harris were missing once again. It seems likely one of, or both, will be placed on injured reserve.
The rookies were given their actual numbers for the season and those included Kyle Dugger (No. 35), Devin Asiasi (No. 96), Dalton Keene No. 44, Josh Ache (No. 53) and Anfernee Jennings (No. 58).
Rookies had temporary training camp numbers until this point.
The Patriots will take on the Dolphins Sunday at Gillette Stadium.
