Given the unique nature of this offseason when it comes to scouting for the NFL Draft, some schools have added second pro days to give their players another chance to get in front of teams.

This is especially true for quarterbacks.

Mac Jones already threw for a second time and then Justin Fields and Trey Lance are expected to in the coming days. Fields' is scheduled for Wednesday and two teams have already confirmed they will be attending, according to Sports Illustrated's Albert Breer -- the 49ers and Patriots.

It's no surprise with the 49ers as both John Lynch and Kyle Shanahan are expected to attend Lance and Fields' workouts. The Patriots' presence is interesting and worth monitoring.

Breer speculates Josh McDaniels could be leading the group at Ohio State as when Fields threw for the first time only Eliot Wolf represented the organization.

The Patriots are clearly doing their homework on the top quarterbacks and if they find one they truly believe is their franchise QB do not rule out them looking to move into the top 10 to get him.
