While things may not be very cheery between N'Keal Harry and the Patriots right now, it doesn't seem like it will be enough to keep him away from training camp later this month.
According to veteran NFL reporter Josina Anderson, Harry still plans on attending training camp.
Last week Harry's representation said in a bold statement released to NFL Media that they have requested a trade from the organization. The statement went into how Harry isn't reaching his potential in New England.
"Through two seasons, he has 86 targets, which obviously hasn’t met the expectations the Patriots and N’Keal had when they drafted a dominant downfield threat who was virtually unstoppable at the point of attack in college," part of the statement read.
In addition, Anderson reports Harry plans to train with former NFL wide receiver T.J. Houshmandzadeh.
It remains to be seen what the Patriots will do with Harry and his request to be dealt.
