Yes, the Patriots have made another trade.
According to multiple reports, the Patriots have acquired offensive lineman Yasir Durant in a trade with the Chiefs. New England gave up a 2022 seventh-round pick which they acquired from the Raiders with Trent Brown.
Durant, 23, is a second-year player from University of Missouri and played in 11 games last year as a rookie.
Since he was acquired on cut-down day, he seems like a good bet to make the team. His versatility -- playing guard and tackle -- makes him perhaps more valuable than a player like Korey Cunningham.
The Patriots need to get their roster to 53 players by 4 p.m.
