Patriots reportedly agree to deal with former Packers defensive tackle

The Patriots have made another addition to their defense.

According to multiple reports, the Patriots have agreed to a one-year deal with defensive tackle Montravius Adams worth $2.5 million.

Adams, 25, has spent his previous four years in the league with the Packers. He only played eight games last year due to injury, and recorded 11 tackles. Adams brings versatility as he can play both defensive tackle and defensive end.

It's worth wondering if this move indicates whether the team is moving on from Lawrence Guy, as in addition to Adams, the Patriots have added Henry Anderson and Davon Godchaux this week.
