Now that the NFL Draft is over, many teams start to make some changes to their scouting department -- the Patriots being one.
According to Neil Stratton, the Patriots have promoted Matt Groh to director of college scouting. This doesn't come as a major surprise since Bill Belichick said he along with Dave Ziegler and Eliot Wolf led the draft process. Groh was also in the war room over the weekend.
In addition, Steve Cargile has been promoted to director of pro scouting and Camren Williams is now a pro scout.
It wouldn't be a surprise to hear Ziegler and Wolf got promotions as well, since they seem to have played a big role, along with Groh, in replacing Nick Caserio.
The person to hold the director of college scouting title was Monti Ossenfort.
