The NFL Draft is just over a week away and there are plenty of rumors out there regarding almost every player and every team.
But, how much of it is actually true information? Probably not as much as you think.
Former Patriots vice president of player personnel Scott Pioli recently said on the NFL Network that the team would regularly put out false information this time of year.
“We were very careful about what we talked (about) and we would put our own personal misinformation out,” he said. “Not rumors. But misinformation about what we might be doing. And I know other teams are. Everyone is playing those games.”
Relating to the Patriots this year, it's worth wondering if that is taking place with the quarterbacks as there has been plenty of buzz surrounding a number of them and the team.
New England selects at No. 15 in the NFL Draft this kicks off next Thursday.
