While Trent Brown missed the majority of Sunday's game with the Dolphins due to a calf injury suffered on the first series, the long-term outlook seems good.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the right tackle has a minor calf strain and is considered "day-to-day."
Since Brown did not return to the game or even the sideline in the second half, this feels like good news.
Second-year player Justin Herron filled in for Brown and wasn't all that great. Late in the fourth quarter, newcomer Yasir Durant came in for Herron and it is unclear if that was injury or performance-related.
The Patriots will return to the practice field Wednesday and we'll get a better idea on how he's doing then.
