There's no question the Patriots are a better team now than they were following last year when they finished 7-9.

New England went out and added a number of free agents on top of bringing back a number of its own free agents.

So, how did it impact its Super Bowl chances? Not at all.

According to BetOnline, the Patriots currently have 25-1 odds to win the Super Bowl, which are the exact same as they were following the Super Bowl. They are the 10th-best odds in the league.

It's clear how valuable the quarterback position is and that is the only spot where questions still lie, and obviously it is enough for the oddsmakers not to fully buy in on the Patriots yet for 2021. The Patriots currently have Cam Newton, Jarrett Stidham and Jake Dolegala in the quarterbacks room.

New England finished 7-9 last year, its worst season since 2000.
