The Panthers defense isn't too happy with Patriots rookie quarterback Mac Jones.

Following Brian Burns' strip sack late in the first quarter, when the ball was loose Jones appeared to grab Burns' leg/ankle to stop him from getting it.

"I thought it was completely dirty. I hope it is something the league addresses," Carolina linebacker Haason Reddick said to reporters after the game. "… [It was] surprising a penalty wasn’t called. It seems like they are always protecting the offensive players -- where’s the protection for the defensive players as well? I don’t know. I felt like that was a call that shouldn’t have been missed.”

No penalty was called on the play.

Below is video of what happened.

New England won the game 24-6 to improve to 5-4 on the year.
