The following Patriots players are inactive for Sunday's game against the Panthers: wide receiver N'Keal Harry, cornerback Shaun Wade, linebacker Ronnie Perkins, tight end Devin Asiasi, offensive lineman Yasir Durant and running back J.J. Taylor.
Harry is the biggest name, but it doesn't come as much of a surprise since he was added to the injury report Friday with a knee injury and Kristian Wilkerson was elevated off the practice squad Saturday.
Wade continues to wait to make his debut with the Patriots. The rookie was traded to New England at the end of the summer, but hasn't yet appeared in a game. He has missed the last several weeks with a concussion suffered in practice.
New England will go into the game with J.C. Jackson, Jalen Mills, Joejuan Williams and Myles Bryant at cornerback.
Taylor has been the inactive running back the last two weeks, which means rookie Rhamondre Stevenson will be active along with Damien Harris and Brandon Bolden.
For the Panthers, both Sam Darnold and Christian McCaffrey are active.
