The Patriots made a few roster moves ahead of Monday night's game against the Bills.
They are as follows:
-- Activated LB Cassh Maluia (Standard Elevation) from the practice squad.
-- Activated DL Nick Thurman (COVID-19 Replacement) from the practice squad.
-- Signed C Marcus Martin to the 53-man roster.
This could be a good opportunity for Maluia, a sixth-round pick this season, to show what he can do for next season and if he can be counted on to be a contributor at the position.
Martin was in recently for a workout/COVID testing, so the signing doesn't come as much of a surprise. He hasn't played an offensive snap since 2016 and his signing potentially could mean David Andrews won't play. The starting center is questionable with a calf injury suffered against the Dolphins.
Kickoff is set for 8:15 p.m.
