6 rings: 3 matchups to watch in Patriots vs. Dolphins on Sunday Night Football

Things aren't good in the Patriots’ offensive line department.

After rookie guards Atonio Mafi and Sidy Sow were thrust into action on Sunday due to injuries to Cole Strange and Mike Onwenu, more ailments struck the room on Wednesday with their first injury report of the week.

Both Sow and starting left tackle Trent Brown missed practice with concussions, and center David Andrews was limited with a hamstring injury.

Not great.

Things weren’t much different on Thursday. Here’s what stood out from the media portion of New England’s practice:

Attendance:

Absent: OT Trent Brown, OT Sidy Sow
Exempt: QB Matt Corral
PUP: S Cody Davis, DE Trey Flowers
IR: WR Tyquan Thornton, OT Riley Reiff, CB Jack Jones

Other Notes:

- I forgot to note this in yesterday’s report, but the Patriots are donning their white Pat Patriots helmets at practice this week ahead of this weekend. They’ll sport their red throwback uniforms against Miami on Sunday.

- David Andrews was present at practice. We'll see if he pops up on the injury report again later on this afternoon.
