According to ESPN's Mike Reiss, that player is veteran wide receiver Marvin Hall.
The 28-year-old has been in the league since 2017 and spent time with the Falcons, Broncos, Browns and Lions. Between Cleveland and Detroit last year, he caught 18 passes for 302 yards and two touchdowns.
The 5-foot-10 wide out figures to compete for a spot on the roster as a slot receiver.
