The Patriots made a few roster moves on Saturday ahead of Sunday's game with the Cowboys at Gillette Stadium.
For the second straight week, offensive lineman James Ferentz has been elevated from the practice squad. It is worth noting last week as a COVID elevation, so he has one more standard one remaining this year. With Shaq Mason out, this will give the line more interior depth.
Also, according to the NFL transaction wire, offensive lineman Isaiah Wynn has been activated off the COVID list. Since he hasn't practiced in nearly two weeks, it seems unlikely he'll be active for the game, but it is a good sign moving forward.
Tackle Justin Herron is questionable, though, so in case of emergency Wynn can be ready.
Against Dallas Sunday, it's likely Yodny Cajuste and Herron are the tackles, with Ted Karras, David Andrews and Michael Onwenu starting on the interior.
The Patriots enter the matchup 2-3 on the year.
