The Patriots made a few minor roster moves on Tuesday.
New England officially signed veteran quarterback Brian Hoyer as well as sixth-round pick Joshuah Bledsoe. It also released offensive lineman Najee Toran.
Hoyer's signing was reported Monday night and there's no surprise Bledsoe signed his deal, it was just a matter of time.
Meanwhile, Toran opted out of last season and with the team adding two interior lineman Monday, his release makes sense.
The Patriots now have 87 players on their roster, although it's worth noting Patrick Chung is still on it.
