The Patriots first injury/practice report of the 2020 season is out and though it’s relatively short, one key name sticks out.
Wide receiver Julian Edelman, who had a managed workload during training camp practices coming off two reported offseason procedures, was limited in Wednesday practice due to a knee injury as New England prepares for the 2020 season opener against the Dolphins Sunday afternoon at Gillette Stadium.
Edelman was one of three Patriots players limited in practice and five players overall on the injury report.
