Report: DeAndre Hopkins to sign with Tennessee Titans

The wait is finally over, and unfortunately, it wasn't worth it for the Patriots.

Free agent wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins is signing with the Tennessee Titans, per AtoZ Sports' Doug Kyed.

The five-time Pro Bowler visited both the Titans and the New England Patriots over the couyrse of the last several weeks, but is ultimately deciding to take his talents to Nashville.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported that Tennessee is giving Hopkins to a 2-year, $26 million contract that is worth up to $32 million in incentives.

The three-time All-Pro will receive a base salary of gets a base of $12 million in 2023, with a chance to get to $15 million.

Hopkins will immediately step in as the de facto No. 1 wide receiver in a room in Tennessee that includes Treylon Burks, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, and Kyle Philips among others.
