Offensive lineman Cole Strange is signing with the Miami Dolphins just a few weeks after being released by the Patriots, according to a new report by Tom Pelissero.
Strange, a guard, landed on Cleveland's practice squad following his initial release. New England drafted him 29th overall in 2022. He played in all 17 games his rookie season, but injury cut his sophomore performance down to 10, and he appeared in just three games in 2023.
"Miami is dealing with multiple OL injuries," Pelissero noted in a post on X.
The Dolphins host the Patriots Sunday afternoon. Both AFC East teams started the season off with a loss.
