Patriots Hall of Famer Willie McGinest has been sued for the second time this calendar year.

According to TMZ Sports, the three-time Super Bowl champion is alleged to have been involved in an altercation over weights at a 24 Hour Fitness in Long Beach, CA.

The plaintiff claims to have been using a bench press when someone proceeded to take the weights off.

When he told the person he wasn’t done, McGinest allegedly jumped in and asked the plaintiff "The f— you mean?" before allegedly punching him in the face.

The plaintiff goes on to say that three other men jumped in and claims that they and McGinest hit him "30 to 40 times."

Just last March, McGinest was sued for an alleged fight at a Los Angeles restaurant in December 2022. He was “arrested and has been charged with two felonies,” according to TMZ Sports, and released a statement on the matter:

"To my family, community, friends, and youth I mentor, please know I feel horrible for my actions and take full responsibility."

McGinest was subsequently removed from his role as an analyst at NFL Network.
