It was a busy week for the Patriots in terms of hosting players for workouts.
According to ESPN's Mike Reiss, the Patriots brought in undrafted offensive tackle Andrew Nelson out of Penn State for a workout Friday, which comes after a number of wide receivers earlier in the week.
Nelson battled multiple knee injuries over his five-year college career and only played in five games last year.
This doesn't mean the Patriots are considering signing him, it is just them updating emergency lists.
