FOXBOROUGH -- The Patriots practiced for the first time this week on Thursday and got one of their injured reserve players back on the field -- Sony Michel.
The running back returned to practice following being placed on IR prior to the game against the Chiefs. He is eligible to play Monday against the Jets.
The Patriots did have several players missing, including a few key players: Stephon Gilmore, N’Keal Harry, Lawrence Guy, J.J. Taylor and Carl Davis, as well as Rashod Berry from the practice squad.
The first injury report is due out later in the day.
New England will practice again Friday and Saturday.
