It's pretty clear Bill Belichick and Sean McVay have a good relationship as both coaches have a great deal of respect for one another.
Following the Rams' 24-3 win over the Patriots last Thursday, Belichick was honest with McVay when they met at midfield.
"Great job," Belichick said, "You [expletive] killed us. You had a great plan."
McVay was much more prepared than he was in Super Bowl LIII when the Patriots won 13-3.
The loss dropped the Patriots to 6-7 on the year.
