It's no secret that Adam Ottavino has one of the most unique pitches in Major League Baseball, with his slider routinely opening eyes.
But every once in a while, the Red Sox reliever allows for a pretty powerful reminder. That came Sunday courtesy his inning-ending offering against the White Sox' Eloy Jimenez.
The 82 mph offering was one of just two sliders thrown by Ottavino in his 2/3-inning outing.
