The Red Sox got some bad news Saturday with word coming down that Tanner Houck will be undergoing Tommy John surgery.
The procedure means Houck will likely miss all of the 2026 season.
The righty last pitched on May 12, having made just nine starts on the season. Houck struggled before hitting the injured list, totaling an 8.04 ERA.
