The 6-foot-4, 340-pound lineman was waived by the Los Angeles Rams Tuesday to make room for newly-acquired defensive end Dante Fowler.
Brown started all 16 games at right guard for the Rams last season, and has made 30 career starts.
The 25-year-old lineman was a third round pick of the Rams in 2015.
