Henry Anderson was one of the Jets' most pleasant surprises in a mostly forgettable season last year. On Tuesday, Gang Green reportedly rewarded the big defensive lineman with a three-year contract.

According to the Daily News' Manish Mehta, Anderson's deal is worth $25.2 million and could reach $33 million with incentives.

The Jets acquired Anderson, now 27, for a seventh-round pick in a trade with the Indianapolis Colts during last year's draft. He played in all 16 games in 2018, starting three, and had 35 tackles and a team-leading seven sacks.

The 6-foot-6, 301-pound Anderson was a third-round pick by the Colts in 2015 and spent his first three seasons in Indianapolis.
