The Jets aren't planning on trading defensive end Leonard Williams according to the Daily News.
According to reporter Manish Mehta, Williams is viewed as part of the Jets' future going forward.
Mehta adds that Gang Green is open to signing the 24-year-old to a contract extension, though talks are yet to begin.
"It would be stupid" to trade Williams this offseason, one Jets' source told the paper.

The Jets exercised their fifth-year option on Williams' contract before the 2018 season.
Williams recorded five sacks and 26 solo tackles in 2018.
He was drafted sixth overall by the Jets in the 2015 NFL Draft. The former USC standout was elected to the Pro Bowl in 2016.
