Retirement appears to be going well for CC Sabathia.
First, the former Yankees pitcher slimmed down and beefed up, now he's making appearances in hit TV shows.
Sabathia made a cameo in Sunday night's mid-season "finale" of "Billions" – the hit Showtime series currently in its fifth season.
The 39-year-old appears in a scene with Barstool Sports personality PFT Commenter at an art gala where they bump into the show's main character – hedge fund manager Bobby Axelrod, played by Damian Lewis.
"CC, what's up?" says Axelrod, who is based on Steve Cohen – the hedge fund billionaire who nearly bought the Mets earlier this year before the deal fell apart at the last minute.
"I like what I see," said Sabathia pointing at the art.
Sabathia teased he would appear on the episode, which served as a finale due to production being halted because of coronavirus, on his Instagram account as well.
"Tune into @sho_billions now!! You might even catch your by on the episode," he wrote.

Sabathia has also appeared in CBS's "God Friended Me" and Fox Sports' "Cubed." Last summer, the southpaw even had a one-night cameo in Broadway's "Rock of Ages."
Perhaps more acting gigs will be calling for the former Yankees pitcher in the future.
