There is all sorts of NFL Draft trade buzz in the air with just hours to go until the Cincinnati Bengals are on the clock with the No. 1 pick.
The New York Giants find themselves right in the thick of all the noise with the No. 4 pick, with the latest rumor suggesting they could indeed trade down — all the way back to ninth with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Per Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports, there is a lot of buzz about the Giants and Jaguars making a deal with their first-round picks as Jacksonville could be looking to move up and select a quarterback — whether it is Tua Tagovailoa or Justin Herbert.

— Jason La Canfora (@JasonLaCanfora) April 23, 2020The Giants are more than likely to take one of the offensive tackles in the draft, and with the position deep this year, they could afford to move back — something general manager Dave Gettleman has never done before, but has been entertaining it this year.
With recent reports that the Miami Dolphins could trade up to for an offensive lineman rather than a quarterback, the chances have risen that both Tagovailoa and Herbert could be there when the Giants select with the fourth overall pick.
The Giants have even called Herbert and reportedly have him as their No. 1 quarterback, but it is unlikely they would select a QB a year after taking Daniel Jones.
In addition to the Jaguars — who can still fall back Gardner Minshew – the Carolina Panthers and Los Angeles Chargers are also teams in need of a quarterback that are selecting after the Giants.
Even if the Dolphins trade up and select Tagovailoa with the No. 3 pick, those three teams could be fighting and negotiating with the Giants to get Herbert – if he is there guy.
