Talk about being hard on yourself!
After giving up a three-run homer to Gary Sanchez that broke a scoreless tie in the ninth inning Tuesday night, Astros closer Ken Giles punched himself in the face while coming off the field. (He also hit himself in the chest and slammed a bat down in the dugout.) The Yankees won the game, 4-0.

— Mitchell Marquis (@MitchMarquis3) May 2, 2018Ive been watching Ken Giles punch himself all morning??
— jasmine (@jasmiinelex) May 2, 2018Some people, however, didn't find the incident funny.
But for real though, I'm *literally* concerned about Ken Giles' mental well-being
— Mike Saccocio (@MikeSaccocio) May 2, 2018Can we stop making fun out of the video of Ken Giles punching himself in the face. It's unhealthy to physically punish yourself and it's not funny whatsoever no matter the circumstances. Thanks.
