A finger injury limited Santana to just five starts last season with the Twins, as the right-hander went 0-1 with an 8.03 ERA. In 2017, he went 16-8 with a 3.28 ERA. The 36-year-old right-hander is a two-time All-Star who has also played for the Angels, Royals and Braves.
Miley, 32, dealt with groin and oblique injuries last season in Milwaukee. In 16 starts, the southpaw went 5-2 with a 2.57 ERA. Miley, 32, has pitched eight seasons in the majors for the Diamondbacks, Red Sox, Mariners, Orioles and Brewers.
