The Yankees are continuing to find ways to not only stay active themselves throughout the coronavirus quarantine but also involve fans at home. Earlier on in the stay-at-home pandemic, when awareness was beginning to rise throughout the nation, the Yankees released this important video featuring several players telling the fans to stay safe, stay positive and, most importantly, stay inside.

As a follow-up to their original message, the Yankees Twitter account released some informative and funny -- perhaps unintentionally -- videos of general manager Brian Cashman and strength trainer Brett McCabe going through workouts you can do at home. The grainy clips serve to replicate cheesy vintage workout videos, and they sure do the trick.
The first video featured an introduction from Cash before McCabe dove into some triceps dips.
