Joey from Yonkers found a way that both the Jets and Giants can still make the playoffs this season, and while it feels like the longest of long shots, Gio had to admit that it does leave the door ajar.
"It's pretty realistic when you're thinking about every team other than the Jets makes sense, doesn't it?" Gio said. "Denver is not in there, the Browns would have fallen out of it. Buffalo is not in this mix. A lot would have to happen.
"He's got the Giants as a seven seed at 8-9 going to Dallas as the two seed at 14-3, and San Francisco is the one seed at 14-3."
Still, with both teams sitting at just four wins, the likely scenario is that neither make it, and are sitting with top 10 picks in the draft.
"You could find a way, but so many things have got to happen," Gio said. "That's the problem."
