Saquon Barkley told a story of his five-year-old daughter asking, “Does that mean we’re gonna win now?” when he told her he was signing with the Eagles, which made for a viral video on social media on Wednesday.
C-Mac said it was another sign that Barkley is fast becoming a true villain among the Giants fanbase.
“It’s more and more starting to be obvious that the guy is just gonna be the enemy,” C-Mac said. “I didn’t necessarily think it would be this, I have to admit.
“Not really going all out to thank the fans, I didn’t really care about that. But it’s just starting to feel like he’s going to be the Giant enemy. His number is already gone…his reaction to different things, the nature of the rivalry and the two fanbases reacting to each other…the more and more stuff comes out, the more and more I get bothered.
