According to reports, the Bears may be open to trading their No. 1 pick if they decide to run it back with Justin Fields next season.
C-Mac says, if that’s the case, the Giants and Joe Schoen should do everything they can to get that top pick and go get their franchise quarterback.
“I would give anything to go up and get the first pick, outside of maybe Dexter Lawrence,” C-Mac said. “Other than that, to move up from six to one, I’d give up whatever it took.”
If there is a chance to get Caleb Williams in the building and potentially get the next long-term quarterback that the franchise has been desperate for since Eli Manning retired, then C-Mac says Big Blue needs to make an all-out push to get it done.
“They need to figure out a way to get a franchise quarterback on this team,” C-Mac said. “And make no mistake, they don’t have one.”
