Giants fans are clearly wondering where all the trolls and haters are after their teamed stunned the Packers in London on Sunday to move to 4-1 on the season.
Shortly after the final whistle sounded and Big Blue matched their season win total from last year in just its fifth game, ‘Worst 4-1 team’ began trending on Twitter, mainly New York fans mocking those who minimized the team’s 3-1 start, and would likely have more excuses for why the Giants were able to beat Aaron Rodgers and the 3-1 Packers.
“How does it feel to be the worst 4-1 team in NFL history?!” was the refrain on Twitter as the Giants celebrated a dramatic comeback win.
Boomer Esiason was certainly one of the skeptics who didn’t believe in New York’s 3-1 start, predicting they would win just two more games the rest of the season. Well, Big Blue is already halfway there.
