Giants co-owner John Mara has taken a lot of heat over the last couple months, some of which came in the form of Big Blue’s choice of fan appreciation tactics: a free medium Pepsi product for any season-ticket holder during the Giants-Cowboys game in December.
Well, on Monday, shortly after the Giants introduced new head coach Brian Daboll, Mara showed he has a sense of humor about that situation at least with this comment to the media:
To be fair, a large Pepsi at MetLife is pretty costly, although the one suggestion of “how about a medium beer?” is still more expensive…either way, nice to see the co-owner of the team is at least aware of the situation!
