Saquon Barkley has reportedly signed a three-year deal with the Eagles, and his former Giants teammate immediately reacted to the news on X (formerly known as Twitter).
Kayvon Thibodeaux, who has said he believed the Giants should have signed Barkley to a contract before Daniel Jones was signed, lamented the reality that the star running back has reportedly joined a hated rival.
"Whyyyyyyy!!! Thibodeaux posted. "I'm happy my brotha though....but damn damn damn!!!!"
Thibodeaux also posted the popular GIF of Wesley Snipes crying while lifting a gun from a clip of the film "New Jack City," in which Snipes' character prepares to shoot his best friend.
Clearly, Thibodeaux has conflicting emotions with Barkley getting his payday from a divisional foe.
