The head coaching availability in the NFL this offseason is some of the most noteworthy in recent memory, with the likes of Bill Belichick and Jim Harbaugh taking interviews with teams.

Gio says he would prefer the latter to be the next head coach of his team, despite Belichick’s undeniable track record.

“Harbaugh has not been in the NFL for a number of years now, but he was a pretty damn good coach,” Gio said. “Belichick, he’s the greatest coach I’ve ever seen…but the facts are the facts man. He had some miserable seasons, no real players on the roster the last couple of years, especially offensively. And he hired two of the biggest buffoons to run the offense last year, that screwed that team completely up. I think it bled into this year as well.”

Belichick may only have a few years left, and fresh off of a national title at the collegiate level, Harbaugh may come back to the NFL refreshed and ready to build a sustained winner.

“I think he’s got more energy,” Gio said. “Harbaugh would excite me more if I was an owner, especially a fan.”
