Breece Hall enjoyed a breakout game on Sunday against the Dolphins, and made some Jets history in the process.
By running for 97 yards and logging an even 100 receiving yards, Hall’s 197 yards from scrimmage set a new Jets rookie record, per ESPN Stats and Info, with Hall also adding a rushing touchdown in the blowout victory.
Hall’s highlight of the game came on a 79-yard reception, dragging a Miami defender nearly 20 yards at the end of the run before finally being dragged down at the 1-yard line, setting up an eventual Jets touchdown.
Hall’s breakout game came after he battled a knee injury and “nicks and bruises” after last weekend’s game against the Steelers, but it certainly didn’t seem to bother the second-round pick on Sunday.
